About Us

We build websites that have a job to do

SiteCraft started with a simple frustration: most businesses spend real money on a website, then spend the next year wondering why it doesn't bring in customers.

The problem is rarely traffic. It's structure — a page with no clear next step, an offer buried below the fold, a form nobody wants to fill out. We build the opposite.

Our mission

Help companies turn the visitors they already have into customers — before spending another dollar chasing more traffic.

A conversion problem is almost always cheaper to fix than a traffic problem. Doubling your conversion rate costs nothing more in ad spend. That's the work we do first.

How we work

Four things we don't compromise on

Clarity over cleverness

A headline that makes someone act beats a headline that makes someone admire. We write for the visitor who is deciding whether to stay.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You should know what a project costs before it starts. We scope in writing, quote a firm number, and agree on changes before the work happens.

Measure, don't guess

Every claim we make about a page should be testable. We instrument the funnel, watch what visitors actually do, and let the data settle arguments.

Own what you pay for

Your domain, your content, your site. Maintenance is month-to-month because we'd rather earn the renewal than lock you into it.

Why SiteCraft

A builder that starts from the sale, not the canvas

Most website tools hand you a blank page and a library of components. You're left to figure out the structure yourself — and structure is where conversions are won or lost.

We start from the outcome. What is the one action a visitor should take? What has to be true for them to take it? What proof do they need? The design follows those answers.
